Material & Buoyancy: Made from PP (Polypropylene) with a density of approximately 0.87g/cm³. These solid balls are lightweight and floating in water. Dimension: 5mm with a diameter tolerance +/-0.0127mm. Precisely formed via injection moulding and grinding, ensuring consistent sphericity and dimensional precision. Hardness: Shore D 70 – 80, balancing flexibility and rigidity for long-term use in various working conditions. Applications: Widely used in low load bearings, special valves, check valves, float valves, fluid level indicators, carburetors, flow meters, makeup bottles, as well as chemical, medical and laboratory devices such as transfusion kits. Features: Reliable mechanical properties and good resistance to corrosion, fatigue, collisions and heat. Suitable for use at temperatures ranging from -30℃ to 110℃. Corrosion Resistance:
These PP (Polypropylene) solid balls offer excellent resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, alcohols, oils, greases, and most inorganic compounds. They exhibit fair resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons but are not resistant to halogens. Please note that concentrated acids and oxidizing agents at high temperatures may cause corrosion.

Warm Tips:
1. Dimensional inspection: These are precision balls, when checking the dimensions, please kindly use micrometer with accuracy at least +/-0.001mm, please clip the ball neither too loose nor too tight, otherwise the measurement results are likely to be inaccurate.
2. Packaging: Balls will be securely packed into a transparent plastic bag, then further protected with a bubble envelope or corrugated carton to ensure damage-free transit.
3. Chromatic appearance of the balls may be subject to variation.
