🦾 Stiff, Strong & Heat Resistant Nylon Filament: Polymaker PolyMide PA6-GF nylon filament is a glass fiber reinforced Nylon 6 that offers excellent thermal and mechanical properties without compromising layer adhesion. 👉 Wide Application: PolyMide PA6-GF is strong, durable, and has excellent heat resistance. It is ideal for applications requiring torsional, tensile, and impact strength, including bicycle pedals, brackets, jigs, drone frames, prosthetics, and handles. 🧵 Tangle-Free & Resealable Bag - Our glass fiber filled nylon filament is carefully wound to prevent tangling, dried, and vacuum sealed in a resealable ziplock bag with desiccant. Always hold the filament tip to avoid nodes, and use the holes on the spool to help prevent this issue. ⚙️ Printing Settings - Nozzle: 280-300°C; Bed Temperature: 25-50°C (Do NOT exceed 50°C); Speed: 30-60 mm/s; Annealing: 80°C for 6 hours (Recommended for improved heat resistance of printed parts). Bed Surface: Compatible with almost any surface using a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA. ⚠️ Note: An abrasion-resistant nozzle is essential due to the 25% glass fiber in this nylon filament. PolyMide PA6-GF is very stiff, so a proper setup is necessary to ensure smooth feeding and avoid excessive bending in the filament guide system. Printing Setting:
Nozzle: 280˚C- 300˚C;
Bed: 25-50˚C (Do NOT exceed 50 ˚C);
Speed: 30-60 mm/s;
Bed Surface: almost any surface with a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA;
Annealing: 80℃ for 6h (To ensure a good heat resistance of your printed part it is recommended to anneal your print model).
Tips: Please pass the filament through the fixed hole to avoid tangles after use. We recommend switching to an abrasion-resistant nozzle such as a hardened steel nozzle. PA6-GF Filament is moisture sensitive, so please do keep your filament in a dry box when printing and put your filament back in the resealable bag when not using it
