This D-sub 15-pin VGA to RCA A/V + S-Video adapter cable is designed for those PC video cards that support TV-Out function through the 15-pin VGA connector.

The length of this adapter cable is 8 inch long. It has 3 of RCA female connectors and 1 of 4-pin S-Video female connector.

It can also be used for those projectors that use 15-pin VGA connector for RCA video/audio input or S-video input.

This video adapter cable can be used in either direction, going from 3 RCA S-Video to 15-pin VGA or VGA to 3 RCA S-Video to 15-pin VGA depending on how the video equipment or device is designed.
[Note]: Check the spec of your VGA device before making the purchase. This adapter cable is not a video converter and it can not covnert VGA to composite video. Neither can it convert from RCA A/V or S-Video to VGA. Not every video card or laptop PC will work with this adapter cable.
