This product is FDCA Approved. This steely-silver shade is a futuristic smoky shade with shimmery blue undertones and shows up the best on clean platinum blonde hair, such as level 10. For level 9, the shade shows up as a dustier grey, and will not show up at all on hair levels lower than that. To achieve a true cool tone of grey, make sure you tone your hair post bleaching- simply rinse with a purple shampoo to eliminate any brassy tones. The color eventually fades from a cool steely grey to a much warmer grey shade. We recommend to be stored in dry cool place.
