The approximate dilution rate is 1:4.33, yielding roughly 1.25+ gallons of single strength juice per quart. The color is a deep red to purple. This concentrate is available in quarts, 1.5 gal, 3 gallon, 4 gallon, and 52 gallon drums. Concord grape is a very flavorful ingredient for beer, wine, mead, spirits, hard cider, jelly, flavoring meat or other products, or to make an all natural drink (or add flavor to a current drink).
