Gymnastics Competition Journal: A Tracking Notebook for Competitive Gymnast's Meets

This is a competition/meet log, geared for competitive gymnasts. This is a 100-page notebook filled with prompts to help the gymnast recall their latest competition, assess how it went and to use to prepare for the next practice and meet effectively! The journal asks the gymnast to evaluate each event, their mood, effort level, whether they were supportive/encouraging to teammates/competitors &/or respectful towards coaches. It prompts them to remember and write down things they did well, coaches corrections, goals for next practice and what the BEST part of their competition was! There are 2 pages per meet so each book has space for 50 meets!! There is a spot for all the meet information, scores and places and a spot to even attach a photo to commemorate the meet! This will be a great keepsake to be able to pull out again and again! Our goal is that by taking the time to fill this out after each competition they will be able to positively reflect and take away key things to help them improve next time. We hope that this will help the gymnast become a stronger competitor!
