How to Inflate
1. Gather straw and balloon
2. Find the Self-sealing Valve opening
3. Use the straw to inflate balloons with the appropriate amount of air to prevent them from bursting. Don't overinflate!
4. Pinch the opening to prevent air from leaking

IMPORTANT NOTE: 16" Foil Balloons will not float with helium gas.
