With infectious humour and observations from his time as a Psychiatric Nurse working in Norwich, England, Andy Mallett documented many amusing and touching stories on his website andrewmallett.net As well as Psychiatric Nursing, Andy was also an expert in all things tech related and had several other websites where he advised on tech matters and wrote on a variety of other topics he was interested in, from the origins of words to his fascination with all things weird and wonderful. After Andy passed away suddenly in April 2021, his family decided to record his writings in a more permanent form and so this book was conceived. They felt strongly that his memories and anecdotes should be preserved before they disappear into the ‘celestial ether’.
