Author Salena Mitchell-Rawls is a whimsical, witty widow, mother of three, and grandmother of one. Her charismatic attitude is contagious. From a kind word to her superb smile, her presence is extraordinary. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Administration along with an Associates degree in Medical Billing. Mitchell-Rawls is also actively working towards a Master's Degree in Education. For the past nine years, her role as an educator with the Savannah Chatham County Public School System has proven to be noteworthy. She has been awarded staff member of the month due to her continuous productivity and constant pursuit of excellence. Mitchell-Rawls passionately serves on the Usher Board and as a part of the Media Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Alex Grant, Jr., Senior Pastor of Bible Connection Ministry. Her love for people and infectious laughter are the components that complete her!
