The machine temperature setting range from 86-158°F with a default setting of 122°F which you can manually adjust by tapping the + - keys. The Wax should melt in as little as 30 minutes using the preset feature, and once melted, please always ensure to test the heat with the inside of your wrist before immersing your hands/ feet or elbows into the warmer. The wax is intended to completely cover the hand (or other body parts such as the feet) and its warmth is meant to provide relief from arthritis pain, sore joints or sore muscles.
