Injection method statement
1.Identify the crack.
2.Drill the hole 5 to 10 cm away from the crack at 45 toward the crack.
3.Clean the hole properly.
4.Insert the packer.
5.Fix and tight the packer.
6.Connect the pump to the packer and start injecting.
7.After injection material is totally dry remove the packer.

Well, it all depends. The injection method and the selected material will help you to determine the Packer Selection. Are your cracks actively leaking, are they dry, do you use epoxy or do you inject polyurethane, or Acrylic liquid? How much pressure will be used?

Mechanical packers come with zerk fittings and button heads (slide fittings). The zerk type is more commonly used and is less costly. It easily connects and disconnects and works nicely with medium to high injection pressures.

The button head type can be of advantage in high volume applications and it offers a superior connection which is helpful for single operator injection and large applications.
