【Adjustable and Fixed Pressure】That means if the keg pressure is 20psi, then you want the Pressure Fermentation to 15psi,then you can revolve the nut of Pressure Valve slowly to let Release Pressure,then fixed the nut，so the keg Pressure will be on 15psi and Automatic pressure relief. 【Release Pressure】Use spring and poppet,you can release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter. Release excess pressure on a pressurized fermenter or from a receiving keg during pressure transfers. Spunding valve is easy to clean and adjust, the spunding valve also works great for controlling the flow rate when doing a closed beer transfer for fermenter to keg. Pressure Fermentations
With pressurised fermentation becoming ever more popular it has become increasingly important to have a method of
regulating and controlling this residual pressure from the fermentation process. The BlowTie has been
designed specifically for this reason.



Instructions:
Use the yellow adjustment knob to control the pressure coming out of the pressure vessel. Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure.
We would recommend gassing a keg to a known pressure e.g. 15psi then attach your Blow Tie Kit to the keg and adjust to 10psi.
