If the water heater does not start up, please try trouble shooting with the following steps:
1. Confirm if working pressure is within range: water pressure(0.02-0.8Mpa/3 -116PSI) and gas pressure(2800Pa/0.4psi)
2. Check if the batteries are installed correctly and the switch at the bottom of the water heater is turned on.
3. Hoses are connected correctly.
4. Water is turned on/


If the water heater starts up but not ignite, the problem might be on the overhigh gas pressure, could you please confirm if gas pressure is 2800Pa/0.4psi ?

The air pressure coming out of the gas cylinder is high, and the solenoid valve is not sucked up. Could you please try to do this:
Firstly, close the gas cylinder valve, then unscrew the gas pipe connected to the water heater, release the gas in the gas hose and then connect the gas hose back, and then turn on the water, open the gas cylinder valve immediately after the water heater makes a rattling discharge sound, the water heater should ignite.
