The beginning of the book is designed to record your patient info, emergency contact, allergies, vaccines, doctor and insurance info, prescriptions, patient incidents and surgeries, family history and doctor appointment log. You may even want to record your organ donor wishes or other living will information here as well. Any of this information could be a life saver during a medical emergency.
