Data analysis is time-consuming and causes undue stress to physician assistant (PA) faculty. Yet the truth is that failure to gather and analyze data for positive program improvements can result in deleterious effects within your program, particularly accreditation related challenges. This book was designed for you: a faculty member or program director in a PA program who seeks to better understand the assessment process for your program but lacks the tools and expertise. This book will increase your appreciation of data and your understanding of how assessment can provide a roadmap for program improvements.
