Soaking Instructions:

Cover lupini beans in water and let them soak for 24 hours. Drain and rinse the beans with water again. You may use lightly salted water and refrigerate for another 24 hours. Repeat this process for about five days or until the discard water no longer tastes bitter. You may keep the beans refrigerated and covered in lightly salted water in a sealed container for weeks.
