Unlike most tea bags which contain tea dust, Mrs. Patel’s tea sachets feature whole seeds and spices, the highest quality herbs and reusable servings. Keep them in your diaper bag, purse or pumping bag to quickly and easily prep a cup of tea on the go. Our 14-day supply makes up to 28 cups; we recommend drinking 2 cups per day. Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 brew bag. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove sachet. Add cream/dairy alternative and sweetener to taste. Reuse sachet 1x more.
