FROM OVERWEIGHT TO NOBESITY: THE STRUGGLES

Weight loss has stopped so many things in my life from coming into existence. It blocked my vision. I was unable to see who I really was and what I was worth. It had complete control over my life. Losing weight was not an option for me. It penetrated my thoughts. It penetrated my emotions. I was all over the place. I fought long and hard at trying to change my mindset as my body was beginning to change. Who knew that weight loss could be connected to so many different areas of my life. What I didn’t realize is that the clock doesn’t stop for you no matter how many times you ignore it. It’s an ongoing process. That’s exactly how life is. When you make the decision to sit back and do nothing with your life, life continues to go on, it doesn’t stop for you. At some point you have to change. I continued to eat the same thing everyday that was unhealthy for me. I continued to not exercise and I got the same results. Nothing. It wasn’t until the one day that I decided to change and not return to my old habits. I was eager to change my mindset more than anything. That’s when my entire life changed. Everybody wants to be sexy! I don’t care what they say. Being big is beautiful of course but who doesn’t wanna wear their favorite bathing suit or bikini. Make the decision to look good nude. Make the decision to become healthy. Don’t do it for everyone else. Do it for yourself. Get you an accountability partner. You can do it alone but there’s nothing more motivating and encouraging than having someone do it with you. That’s what I’m here for. You’re not alone. This is the beginning of my story.
