How to use?
1. Freeze the ice packs in the refrigerator for 6 to 10 hours.
2. Put the frozen ice packs in the mesh pockets on both sides of the bag as the cooling source.
3. Put the medicine in the cooling pocket and seal. Ice packs are reusable for 2 to 3 years and can be stored at room temperature when not in use.

Note:
The ice packs can make sure the insulin stays at below 8℃ (46.4℉) for 6 to 7 hours. The more ice packs are in use, the better cooling effect can be achieved. It is your decision how many ice packs are in need.
