How to replace refill:
1.Remove the silver cone at the pen tip by unscrewing it counter-clockwise
2.Taking the spring off the old refill and place onto the new refill
3.Place the refill back into the original place and screw silver cone back on clockwise

How to change battery pack:
1.Remove the silver cone at the pen tip by unscrewing it counter-clockwise and take the battery container with refill and springs out from barrel
2.Pull the top of the battery compartment off ,and a small battery pack is inside of the battery compartment.
3.Remove it carefully and replace the new battery pack.
