The wedges help to increase speed of tile laying and ensure that tiles remain flat. The wedge has a new and improved heavy-duty design. The back of the wedge is reinforced to provide increased durability. High quality plastic is used to provide a longer lifetime and allow the wedge to be used over and over again. Spacing guides are built in to the wedge. The front is a 1/32" spacing guide, back is 1/16", and the two sides can be used as 1/8" spacers. The sharp front of the wedge is also great for removing excess mortar from grout joints during tile installation.
