2. Attention to charging, the product has 2 interfaces with the same specifications. There are lightning icons (for connecting USB charging cables) and WiFi icons (for connecting cameras) below the two interfaces. If the wrong interface is connected, the product cannot be charged. 3. Regarding the product app, scan the QR code on the instruction manual to enter the app download page. As the product is also sold in China, the download page includes a Chinese version of the app (with Chinese written at the end of the app name). Please do not download this version of the software.
