Built for your rhythm: Whether walking on flat ground, uphill or downhill, TheFitLife walking poles can help you to establish and maintain a consistent rhythm, increase your average speed, rest your arms and get you further on the trail. Made of shock absorbent, high quality 100% carbon fiber, incredibly sturdy and durable so that they can reduce compressive impact on knees, legs, ankles and feet and absorb any noise. Ultra light, a great helper on any adventure: Only weights 0.44lbs(0.2kg) per pole, lightweight but great for maintaining balance in difficult terrain such as during river crossings, on tree root-strewn trails, slippery bog bridges, countryside or backpacking trails. With our rubber tips accessories significantly increase the traction on slippery surfaces like mud, snow, and loose rock. When not in use, simply put them in the carrying bag or your backpack, no barrier at all. Ease of use, one sizes fit all: The flip lock technique is more reliable and allows you to extend the poles from 24 inch (62 cm) all the way to 53 inch (135 cm) quickly when using, and then collapse the poles to original length for storage. With the measuring scale on the walking poles, you can easily get the ideal length you want. The water-proof carrying bag allows you to easily pack and carry the poles. Perfect fit no matter how short or tall, men or women, adult, seniors, kids, children. Comfortable handles allow you to go further: Ergonomic anti-slip natural cork grip handle precisely accommodate your palm, absorb sweat and keep your hands comfortable throughout your hike. The adjustable wrist straps with allow trekking poles to hang from your wrists during a particularly steep scramble, and the extended EVA foam sleeves offer you one more option in switchbacks or abrupt changes in terrain. Satisfy your thirst for adventure: You'll feel 100% satisfaction from the moment you received the trekking poles. They come with a carrying bag and a full set of rubber accessories for trekking, hiking, camping, nordic walking, snowshoeing, mountaineering and backpacking, etc. We are quite sure that you will be super-impressed with the durability, portability, versatility and high quality of our trekking poles. Q1: Will they fit in my carry-on luggage?
TheFitLife Carbon Fiber trekking poles are 3-section telescopic (NON-FOLDING) poles with: Maximum extended length: 135 cm (53"")
Shortest packed length: 64 cm (25"")
For air travel, please note:
Checked baggage: Recommended. Disassemble the poles into three sections to reach a compact 54 cm (21.3""), which fits easily inside a standard 22"" suitcase per IATA guidelines.
Carry-on luggage: Generally not permitted. Most airlines restrict rigid, pole-shaped items in cabin baggage for safety and space reasons—even at their shortest length (54–64 cm), they exceed typical carry-on size limits or violate shape policies.
We recommend checking your airline’s specific sports equipment policy before travel.
Backpacking: When hiking, attach the poles externally to your pack using dedicated compression or gear straps for quick access on the trail.
Q2: What’s the difference between carbon fiber and aluminum trekking poles?
Carbon fiber poles are significantly lighter—typically around 8 oz (225 g) per pole compared to 12 oz (340 g) for aluminum—making carbon fiber poles ideal for long hikes, fastpacking, or alpine terrain where every ounce counts. They also absorb 30–40% more shock from rocky descents, reducing arm fatigue and joint strain. However, aluminum poles (made from high-strength 7075-T9 alloy) are more impact-resistant, especially under sideways stress like accidental drops or ice impacts, and are generally more affordable.
Importantly, in extreme cold (below -30°C / -22°F)—such as polar expeditions or high-altitude winter climbs—aluminum performs more reliably. Carbon fiber can become brittle in ultra-low temperatures and may crack if struck sharply, while aluminum retains its toughness. That said, for most winter hiking (down to -20°C / -4°F), quality carbon poles like ours are perfectly safe and widely trusted.
Choose carbon fiber for lightweight comfort and efficiency on trails. Choose aluminum for rugged durability, budget value, or extreme cold/technical use.
Weighing only 7.1 oz per pole, our carbon poles are 10% lighter than typical models on the market.
Q3: What type of locking system do your trekking poles use? And what’s the main difference between Flip Lock and Twist Lock?
Our carbon fiber poles feature Flip Lock.
Here’s how it compares to Twist Lock:
Flip Lock: Adjusts in seconds—ideal for cold or wet conditions. Easy to clean, with clear visual feedback. Slightly heavier but highly reliable.
Twist Lock: Lighter and sleeker (no external levers), and on some designs, offers smooth operation even in winter use—but can jam if dirt or ice gets into the threads.
Choose Flip Lock for speed and rel
