Traditional seasoning mix to prepare pickled or salted tomatoes. One pack of 45 grams is enough for 10 liters of end-product. Ingredients: Mustard seeds, dried dill, dried carrot, dried garlic petals, dried bulb onion, dried bay leaf, dried horse-radish root, dried dill seeds, pimento peppercorns, píper nígrum peppercorns, red paprika petals. May contain traces of gluten, celery and sesame seeds. Shelf life is 24 months after the date of manufacture, marked in the upper part of the package. Date is in European format dd.mm.yy. Ingredients: Mustard seeds, dried dill, dried carrot, dried garlic petals, dried bulb onion, dried bay leaf, dried horse-radish root, dried dill seeds,
pimento peppercorns, píper nígrum peppercorns, red paprika petals. May contain traces of gluten, celery and sesame seeds.

Directions: Wash and sterilize the jars. Optionally put some greenery on the bottom.
Thoroughly wash tomatoes, put them into the jars and pour hot marinade inside.
Close the jars with special sterile lids, turn them upside down and cover with blanket or thick towel. In 5 days tomatoes are ready.

Marinade for pickled tomatoes: to prepare marinade for 10 liters of product, put the contents of the pack into 4.5 liters of boiling water,
add 9 tablespoons of sugar, 4.5 tablespoons of salt and 250 ml of 9% vinegar.
Marinade for salted tomatoes: to prepare marinade for 10 liters of product, put the contents of the pack into 4.5 liters of boiling water
and add 5 tablespoons of salt.

Продукт может содержать следы глютена, сельдерея, семян кунжута.
