WHY SILVER CALCIUM ALGINATE? Silver Calcium is a broad-spectrum that helps prevent infection of wounds while providing optimum environment to facilitate healing. The alginate produces a hydrophilic gel when it comes into contact with wound exudate which provides a moist healing environment.
