The CDHpower New Cylinder Body will replace the cylinder body of 2 stroke 66cc/80cc,NOT compatible with 48cc New Design inside, please refer to pictures listed; New Design on outlet to muffler and air intake to manifold intake; 40mm Intake Manifold Stud Spacing; Cylinder body Gaskets are not included; G.W:0.7kg/Package; Inside wall of cylinder: Electroplated Any questions,please contact us firstly! we can help you solve the problem until you are satisfied. Installation is simple:
unbolt and remove your cylinder head cap and remove them.
Once removed, gently lift the cylinder over the piston.
Replace your bottom head gasket (if needed), lightly lubricate the cylinder body with a touch of 2-stroke oil, and install the new cylinder body over the piston.
Reinstall the cylinder head back on to the cylinder and you're ready to ride;
