Before use, clean the shield in boiling water and ensure your breast is clean and dry. Then, squeeze the chamber, fold back the base and centre over the nipple. Press onto your breast and slowly release until you feel light suction. You may need to adjust a few times until you find a comfortable position. Clean and Care:
