Safe Chain by GM CLIMBING is a sewn piece of gear that features multiple interlocked loops, providing straightforward length adjustment. 16mm nylon tubular webbing made, 22kN breaking strength for all loops, both CE and UIAA certified. This chain-style PAS(Personal Anchor System) is to support the climber's body weight while hanging from anchors to search for the next place, sort out gear and ropes during a climb, or transition to a rappel. 【SAFER OPERATION】Different from traditional daisy chains, each individual loop, as well as any successive adjacent loops and the entire Safe Chain, is rated to withstand a full strength of 22kN, allowing the climber to securely clip into any loop. No need to tie or untie knots, no strength reduction, and no frustration with tangles. 【Half-twist Long Loop】The long end loop on the Safe Chain takes a half-twist with stitching for a clean girth hitch knot that sits flat and reduces bulk on the harness. No self-twist is generated in the webbing strand. This half-twist end loop integrates an appropriate margin in length for comfortably hitching to either the belay loop or the tie-in loops. 【DURABILITY】The chained loops consist of two layers of tubular nylon webbing that are securely sewn together for added strength and durability. Versatile tether for outdoor activities that require multiple attachment points and frequent length adjustments. 【Screw Lock Oval Carabiner】Screw Lock ensures reliable and secure connection, especially in dirty, freezing and harsh, challenging environment. Keylock gate closing embeds a notch-free T-shape nose that eliminates the risks of ropes, slings, or bolts being snagged or getting caught in clipping and unclipping. CE and UIAA certified, 24kN breaking strength. The gate sleeve is designed to have a rougher surface by adding grooves to increase friction, which facilitates carabiner manipulation, especially for operation with gloves. The fluid interior circle smooths the way for the rotation of the carabiner. Carabiner rotation is less susceptible to being caught, especially when clipped into pieces of gears that have wide clip-in points, like pulleys, rope clamps, and descenders.

  However, the Safe Chain is not made to stretch, nor can absorb force in a sudden fall. Always use the Safe Chain below the anchor.
  If there is a fall hazard, always eusure you're connected to a fall arrest system with dynamic absorption.
