- Heel Lift Ankle Sock is made of light weight breathable material. A therapy pocket is concealed inside to hold heel lift comfortably and securely against the foot. Sizing is measured to the circumference just above the ankle bone. If your sizing is on the cusp we recommend choosing the smaller size. Example; If you measure 9" and a Small sock is 8" - 9" and the Medium is 9" - 10" we suggest ordering the Small. - Sock ONLY, Physiolift Adjustable Heel Lift sold separately.
