It can be used for metal to metal friction applications as well as metal to earch abrasion. Typically used for mining parts, metal to metal construction parts, dredge copnents, extruder screws and agricultural tillage tools. 1/16" Diameter. 175-350 amperage, 24-28 voltage. Use with DCRP current and gas mix. HRC 55-60 and multiple layers recommended. C: 0.6, Mn: 1.6, Si: 1.5, Cr: 6.6, Mo: 0.7, Fe: Balance.
