Great for any food service kitchen including restaurants, diners, hotels, schools and not-for-profits. Intended for use in both high and low commercial dishwashers with water temperature above 120 degrees Fahrenheit. For high temperature dishwasher detergent use with rinse aid. In low temperature applications, use dish machine soap plus commercial dishwasher sanitizer and rinse aid.

Shipped as a concentrate, each unit (2-bottles) is diluted with water to make 5-gallons of powerful detergent (Pail is not included). Simply pour concentrate into empty 5-gallon pail. Fill pail with water. Apply label and ready for use. Watch mixing video on step by step instructions.

Detergent Dosage

The recommended detergent dosage is between 0.5-1 floz (1-2 tbsp) per gallon of water. The dosage level will be determined by several factors including incoming water hardness, water temperature, water consumption of the machine model, warewash soil loadings, and the number of cycles between draining of the wash tank. A good starting point is 1 floz. (2 tbsp) per gallon of water. Run several cycles to ensure soil loading and all stains are removed from dishware. If positive results are obtained the concentration can be further decreased.
