FiberCon does not ferment, so it will not cause gas or bloating. It's gentle enough for daily use and just as effective as fiber powders. It also works for constipation associated with IBS. FiberCon helps relieve constipation associated with IBS. Ingredients Calcium Polycarbophil (625 Mg Equivalent to 500 Mg Policarbophil), Caramel, Crospovidone, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene Glycol, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Directions Take each dose of this product with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. FiberCon works naturally, so continuous use for one to three days is typically required to provide maximum benefit. Dosage may vary based on diet, exercise, previous laxative use, or severity of constipation. Adults and children 12 years and over: 2 capsules once a day, up to 4 times a day. Children under 12 years: Consult a doctor. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect contents from moisture.
