Charred mini barrels are perfect for whisky PERFECT BARREL AGED COCKTAILS - Extract natural flavors from the charred oak BARREL interior (vanilla and sweet spices) and infuse them into any classic cocktail: the Manhattan, Martini, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Mint Julep, Whiskey Sour MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS - Use as a dispenser for wine, cider, beer, hot sauce or kombucha. Our wooden barrel / whisky barrel can be re-used for many years and fits any kitchen countertop, man cave or liquor cabinet. Wine casks barrel for liquor Our new oak barrels are made from American Oak and personalized versions are available. Great for whisky or Kentucky bourbon. How does it work?

To start, cure your wooden barrel, then pour your desired liquor or beverage into the cask along with or without a Swish Barrel Essence (not included) and then sit tight because in just two weeks time your one-of-a-kind blend will be aged to perfection and ready to serve straight from the tap.

Due to the higher surface area ratio of a mini barrel, spirits will age 8x to 10x faster than commercial size bourbon barrel, thus giving you a well aged taste in weeks rather than years. This accelerated ageing process is used in craft distilleries and breweries all throughout the world.
