RECOMMENDED USE
Hot Breakfast Cereal/Porridge: Boil the water, and add a pinch of salt if desired. Add barley, and bring back up to a boil. Reduce to low heat, cover and cook for about 50 minutes. Take off heat and let it sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm, and enjoy!
