Significantly more flavor and more cherries than a traditional pie filling. Strong, rich, intense, tart cherry flavor. While this is somewhat similar to a traditional pie filling, you will find that Uncle Denny's Chubby Cherry Topping has a much richer flavor and *significantly* more cherries. This is a true cherry delight. This product is meant to be a topping for cheese cake, ice cream, brownies, etc. The cherries are broken down into large chunks so that we can fit in more cherries and to make this more suitable as a topping, or an ice cream mix-in, or a filling for small pastries. And while Uncle Denny's Chubby Cherry is somewhat remininscient of a pie filling, a single jar would not be sufficient for a pie and the flavor would be too intense for some people.
