Designed with daily riding and track use in mind, this vest delivers rapid-impact protection without compromising comfort or mobility. It inflates automatically within milliseconds if you're separated from the bike, protecting key areas including your neck, back, ribs, and tailbone. The CO₂ cartridge and key box are placed behind the rib-protecting airbag chamber, adding an extra layer of safety where you need it most. This model is reusable—just replace the CO₂ cartridge and repack the airbag if there’s no damage. In most cases, it's as simple as resetting the system. The cartridge is easily replaced, and each unit comes pre-installed with a CO₂ cartridge for added convenience. After the vest is inflated, it will continue to hold air for a few minutes. The air will slowly release to allow time for recovery and repositioning. Though not machine washable, the vest should be hand washed only—a wet sponge will keep it looking as good as new. If you get caught in the rain, no problem. Just remove the CO₂ cartridge and hang the vest in a temperature-controlled space to dry, making sure all components are fully dry.
