Steel Cross Base Works Great with Advertising Flags and Pole for Tear Drop or Feather Flags. Fits Pole with Inner Diameter 11/16". Used Indoors or Outdoors (Use with Water Weight Bag for Outdoor, Not Included). Dimensions Fully Extended is 30.75". Features a built-in swivel mechanism at the tip, allowing the pole to rotate freely with the wind for better banner visibility and reduced stress on the hardware. This steel cross base allows you to use your advertising flags indoors or outdoors. Perfect when paired with the Water Weight Bag. Use the Cross Base on flat surfaces. Also allows the flag to spin around when there is a gentle breeze. The Cross Base sits 3" above the surface. Please note the steel Cross Base is not designed to be used outdoors without the added weight of the Water Weight bag (not included).
