CRL Sealant Tape is a high-quality, black color, synthetic rubber sealant tape reinforced with lightweight polyester cloth to eliminate stretching and prevent creeping or sagging in service. It holds well to most surfaces - even when applied in vertical or overhead positions, and forms a watertight, gasket-like seal that has outstanding resistance to weathering. Accelerated weather testing showed no loss of flexibility or resiliency, and no surface cracking after 1300 hours of weathering exposure. Can also withstand sub-zero temperatures of -70 F (-56.7 ). Aggressive tack permits application at temperatures as low as 40 F (4 C). Application is as easy as peel and stick, yet you can reposition it without damage to the tape or surface..
