The Banjo V200 ball valve presents a durable solution crafted from polypropylene, offering superior chemical resistance and reduced weight compared to metal alternatives. Its three-piece construction and lever handle afford seamless manual control for on/off operations. With standard port flow, this inline valve facilitates connections between two pipes traveling in the same direction, boasting 2" female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for compatibility with male threaded pipe fittings. Enhanced with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) seats, it withstands chemical exposure, moisture, and high temperatures, rated up to 150 pounds per square inch (psi) with a maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees F. Designed as a full port ball valve, it ensures optimal fluid handling performance across diverse applications. Utilizing a spherical disc mechanism, this valve regulates flow effectively, allowing passage when aligned with the inlet and outlet and blocking it when swiveled horizontally by 90 degrees.
