48" width bar 1 1/4" dia heavy wall tube Distance from wall to bar - 10" Distance between mounting brackets - 24" 3/4" plywood backing required if mounting on sheet rock. No lag bolts for mounting on walls not included. Wall mount chin up bar combo. Requires mounting bolts at least 3" long threaded into solid material. 30 degree down angle at ends. Can be mounted on any concrete wall. Two transverse handles for pull ups. Great for basement mounting. Four grip covers. Made out of heavy 14 gauge material not light weight 16 gauge material. No lag bolts for mounting on walls not included.
