Andrea lives with her family in Toronto, Ontario, where she likes to doodle, cook for friends and spend as much time as possible on her bike. She received a Bachelor in Illustration from the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam as well as a Master of Art in Children’s Book Illustration at the Cambridge School of Art. She is the author and illustrator of When a Friend Needs a Friend and Dankje, Daan! and was a finalist for the Golden Pinwheel Young Illustrators Competition. She lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
