Breaking The Cycle

Hiding true intentions! Looking into my past is hard, but the deeper I dig, the more I find out. My family history makes me cry! Sometimes I wonder if I was born back then would I have been able to change our faith from what it is to what it could have been? In my heart, I know it was all a part of God's plan to make us stronger. Instead, it destroyed my family because no one took time to call on God when things got too hard. I'm not trying to hurt anyone. I love my family! I am just being obedient to the Lord. My past is so disturbing I had to start from the beginning. I am not trying to hurt the people I love; I am just being obedient and start the healing process that begins with me. I hated my family for as long as I can remember. I always believed they didn't care for me either, and that's why I moved around to stay away from the people that allowed so much hurt to linger in my life.
