Captain Atom – the nuclear-powered, atomized hero! When Adam Allen is accidentally launched into space inside an experimental rocket which explodes in space, he is atomized. Amazingly, he is able to reform on Earth, and gains the power of nuclear radiation! Captain Atom was create by Charlton Comics in the 1960s. Although the character has resurfaced in succeeding decades, none can match the original for colorful art and imaginative stories. Captain Atom only ran for 12 issues in his own magazine (#78-89) but left his mark on comics in that short time! This book contains every Captain Atom story from the first issue to the last.
