You have tension, as the humans struggle to recover from the cataclysm that ruined their world."-Writer's Digest I waslooking forward to Volume 2 of this series, and it didn't disappoint me. It just left me anxiously waiting for Volume 3. Volume 2 is acliffhanger as was Volume 1. In my opinion, cliffhangers just keep youcoming back like a good series at the movies or on TV. I was totallyhooked on the new or more developed characters of Rels and Mistuuk, and I liked the first person narrative of Rels. There are so manyplots/subplots going in the book that I had to stop reading at times and get my bearings in this massive new world. The authors touch on newsubplots like the return to earth and leave you wanting more. Hence,Volumes 3,4 and 5 are on my radar.
