The Lord Jesus Christ has promised to return to earth to gather "His Elect" and take us home to heaven. This event is known as the "catching away" or "the Rapture". A HERESY RECONSIDERED takes the reader on a journey through scripture to discover the truth about about the timing of the Rapture. For so many years the theory of Imminancy (that the Lord can return at any moment to rapture the church) has been the predominant doctrine taught by most churches today. Unfortunately, that cannot be further from the truth. The Bible clearly states that the Rapture occurs after the tribulation but before God pours out His wrath on a world who has rejected him.
