The Path to Marriage: Daring to say 'I Will' through Faith

Marriage is a real adventure and people need to be encouraged on their path through life. In his Apostolic Exhortation Amoris laetitia, Pope Francis asked for a better preparation and accompaniment of couples who are preparing for marriage and couples who are already married. This book offers essential guidelines, emphasizing those aspects of marriage that most need to be stressed; at the same time it sets out to use practical questions as a stimulus for further reflection. The authors aim to offer practical recommendations as to how the marriage vows can be lived faithfully and successfully so that the adventure of marriage is not a leap into the unknown but an achievable challenge with the grace of God. Msgr Markus Graulich, doctor in Canon Law, ordained a priest in 1994 taught theology and history of Canon Law at the Pontifical Salesian University in Rome from 1999 to 2014. Now he serves as Undersecretary of the Pontifical Council of Legislative Texts. Fr Ralph Weimann, doctor in Theology and Bioethics, ordained a priest in 2007 teaches both subjects in various Universities and Colleges in Rome.
