Los Angeles–based artist Sylvia Walker began her career as a children's fashion illustrator for Simplicity and McCalls. Years later, her focus turned to book illustration, and she has contributed to publications for Scholastic, HarperCollins, Penguin Putnam, and Western Publishing. She has created over a dozen books for Dover, including the popular My Sleepover Coloring Book and the recently released Art Museum Coloring Book.
